After You Order

Your gift moves through a thoughtful, guided process. There is no online DIY editor—our team prepares the design for you.

1. We Review Your Order and Photo

We check the order details and the uploaded photo. If the image may materially affect the result, we may contact you for a clearer replacement before design work continues.

2. We Create Your Design Preview

Your Custom Pet Blanket preview is normally emailed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

3. You Have 18 Hours to Review It

During the 18-hour review window, you may:

  • approve the preview;
  • raise a specific concern for our team to review; or
  • provide a clearer replacement photo before production begins.

A concern is different from a customer-directed revision. Floopilo does not offer unlimited revisions or customer control over layout, placement, scale, style, or a complete redesign.

If we do not receive a response within 18 hours after the preview email is sent, the preview is considered approved automatically and production may begin.

4. Production Begins

Production normally takes 3–5 business days after manual or automatic approval. Once production begins, further photo or design changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

5. Your Order Ships Internationally

International shipping normally takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Tracking is provided when available.

Under normal approval conditions, the total estimated timeline is approximately 14–24 calendar days after purchase. Delivery may take longer because of a delayed response, replacement photo, customs, carrier conditions, holidays, local restrictions, or other disruptions.

If You Added Magic Touch

Your questionnaire answers guide the complete gift experience. Floopilo selects the curated gift and prepares the presentation using your answers, suitability, and available inventory.

The preview covers the blanket design only. The curated gift and gift presentation are not separately previewed. Magic Touch follows the same standard estimated order timeline.
