Uploaded Photos and Customization Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit. We use this content only as reasonably necessary to review, design, curate, manufacture, fulfill, support, and resolve issues relating to your order, or for another purpose to which you have explicitly agreed.

We may share uploaded content with trusted design, production, printing, fulfillment, technology, and logistics providers when necessary to complete or support an order.

We do not publicly use an original uploaded photo for advertising, social media, testimonials, or promotional content without explicit permission. If you give permission, you may contact us to withdraw it for future use. Withdrawal does not require us to remove material already lawfully produced or published before the withdrawal where removal is not reasonably possible.

Uploaded photos and customization files may be kept while an order is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support delivery, customer service, approved remakes, or disputes. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, operational need, legal requirements, and system capabilities. Information is deleted, anonymized, or restricted when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Your Privacy Rights
