Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern your access to floopilo.com and your use of products and services offered under the Floopilo brand. Floopilo is operated by Mithraq Cultural & Creative Co., Limited. In these Terms, “Floopilo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company.
By accessing the site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase in your jurisdiction. You may not use the site, products, or services for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized purpose, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel service or an order where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful content, abuse, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, technical problems, or risk to customers or operations. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment for one of these reasons, we will provide an appropriate refund for the unfulfilled amount unless payment is lawfully withheld.
Products and Custom Orders
The Custom Pet Blanket is made using customer-provided content and order details. It is approximately 50 × 60 inches, made from 100% polyester, and printed on one side. Product descriptions, images, measurements, and colors are provided as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor manufacturing, material, screen, and printing variations may occur.
Custom products cannot generally be restocked or resold. Changes of mind, subjective preferences, and normal differences between a screen preview and a physical product do not create an automatic right to return, replace, or refund a correctly produced custom item. Our Refund Policy explains eligible issues and available remedies.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of photos, names, messages, questionnaire answers, and other content you submit. You confirm that you own the content or have all permissions required to use it and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
You grant Mithraq Cultural & Creative Co., Limited a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, adapt, reproduce, transmit, and share submitted content only as reasonably necessary to review, design, curate, manufacture, fulfill, deliver, support, prevent fraud, maintain records, and resolve issues relating to your order.
You may not submit content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, hateful, deliberately misleading, or otherwise harmful. We may reject or cancel an order containing prohibited content.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information and uploaded content are handled.
Design Preview and Approval
Floopilo does not provide an online DIY editor. Our team creates the Custom Pet Blanket design and normally sends a preview by email within 1–2 business days after purchase.
You have 18 hours from the time the preview email is sent to approve it, raise a specific concern, or provide a clearer replacement photo before production begins. A concern is not a right to direct the layout, placement, scale, style, or complete redesign. Unlimited revisions are not included.
If we do not receive a response within 18 hours, the preview is considered approved automatically and production may begin. Once production begins, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Preview files are provided only to review the Floopilo order. You may not use a preview to manufacture products through another provider or commercially reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
Floopilo Magic Touch
Floopilo Magic Touch is an optional paid gift-experience upgrade, currently priced at $19.99. It is a co-creation meaning capture system in which the customer shares information about the recipient, relationship, occasion, pet, and intended emotional meaning, and Floopilo translates those details into a complete gifting experience.
Magic Touch includes curated gift presentation and an additional curated gift selected by Floopilo according to the customer’s answers, suitability, and available inventory. The customer purchases the complete experience, not a guaranteed specific item, brand, color, style, or product category.
The design preview applies to the blanket design only. The curated gift and gift presentation are not separately previewed or approved. Magic Touch follows the same standard estimated order timeline. Our Refund Policy explains cancellation, damage, missing components, incorrect fulfillment, and subjective-preference rules for the upgrade.
Prices, Billing, and Order Information
Prices, shipping costs, and applicable checkout charges are displayed before purchase. Prices may change without notice, but a price change does not alter an already completed purchase unless correcting an obvious error with the customer’s agreement or as permitted by law.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.
Shipping and Delivery
Floopilo ships internationally wherever a valid shipping option is available at checkout. Available destinations, methods, costs, and estimates may vary with carrier coverage, local restrictions, product restrictions, and temporary service availability.
Under normal approval conditions, the total estimated timeline is approximately 14–24 calendar days after purchase. This includes preview preparation, the customer review window, production, and international shipping. All delivery dates are estimates.
The Shipping Policy governs address errors, tracking, customs, duties, delays, loss, Delivered scans, refusal, unclaimed parcels, and carrier investigations.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
The Refund Policy governs cancellations, custom-product limitations, damage, defects, production errors, wrong items, evidence, returns, replacements, Make It Right, Magic Touch issues, and refunds. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Except for customer-owned content, the site and its text, branding, designs, graphics, interfaces, code, previews, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Mithraq Cultural & Creative Co., Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No right to use Floopilo branding or proprietary materials is granted except the limited right to use the site and purchased product for lawful personal purposes.
Third-Party Services and Links
The service may rely on Shopify, payment providers, production partners, carriers, analytics tools, and other third parties. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites, services, content, or policies, although this does not remove any responsibility Floopilo has for its own obligations to customers.
Service Availability and Errors
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the site available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may correct errors, update information, suspend features, or change the service where reasonably necessary.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mithraq Cultural & Creative Co., Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or service. Where liability may lawfully be limited, total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your violation of another person’s rights, unlawful use of the service, or a material breach of these Terms.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms and the policies referenced on the site form the agreement governing use of the service and purchases from Floopilo.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. Updated Terms apply when posted, unless a different effective date is stated. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to a completed purchase where prohibited by law.
