What's included in the Thanksgiving Table Set?
The set includes one oven mitt, two placemats, and two ceramic coasters. The five pieces feature coordinated designs within the same Thanksgiving theme, personalized with one pet photo and name. They are sold together as one set.
Can I buy the blanket and the table set in the same order?
Yes. Add one item to your cart, then return here to select the other. You can use the same pet photo and name for both, or personalize each item differently.
Can I use different pet photos or names for the five-piece set?
No. One pet photo and one pet name are used across all five pieces. The designs are coordinated within the same Thanksgiving theme.
What photo works best?
A clear, high-resolution photo in natural light works best. Make sure one pet’s full face and ears are visible.
When will I receive my design preview?
We normally email your first design preview within 24 calendar hours of placing your order, including weekends and public holidays. Each preview has a 24-hour review window beginning when its email is sent. If we send a revised version, a new 24-hour review window begins.
How do design-preview changes work?
We offer Unlimited Design Preview Revisions at no additional cost within your selected design until you are happy to approve it before production. You may request reasonable changes to your pet’s appearance, name, or other details within that design.
Each initial or revised preview has a 24-calendar-hour review window beginning when its email is sent. Each revised preview starts a new window, but does not restart the original 24-hour free-cancellation period. Switching to a different product or theme, or requesting a complete redesign outside your selected design, is not included. To change products, cancel your original order under our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.
Want your order in production sooner? Please approve your design as soon as you are happy with it. Additional revisions or review time may extend delivery. If you do not respond, a preview may become eligible for deemed approval only where legally permitted and after our team reviews sending and delivery records, replies, unresolved requests, and order holds. Production is never released automatically and requires express manual authorization.
How should I care for the Thanksgiving items?
Hand wash the oven mitt in cold water. The waterproof PU leather placemats can be brush-cleaned. For the personalized throw blanket, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Wash separately before first use, tumble dry low, and do not bleach or soak for a long period.
Will my order arrive before Thanksgiving?
Delivery depends on design approval, production, the shipping method, and your location. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates, so we recommend ordering early.
