Your design preview is sent by email within 24 hours of purchase. Please review it carefully. You may share a specific concern about the preview or provide a clearer replacement photo where applicable before production begins. If we do not hear from you within 12 hours after the preview email is sent, your preview will be considered approved automatically so your order can stay on schedule.
Production and Delivery
Production begins after approval, either manual or automatic. Production usually takes 3–5 business days after approval. Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery may vary by destination country, customs processing, carrier conditions, holidays, or local delivery networks.
Magic Touch
Magic Touch is an optional curated gift experience. The blanket design is previewed; the surprise is revealed when the gift is opened.

Will I see a preview before production?
Yes. Our team prepares your blanket design preview and sends it by email within 24 hours of purchase. Production begins only after you approve the preview manually or it is automatically approved after the 12-hour review window.
How long does my order take?
Here are the standard order stages:
- Within 12 hours after purchase: order or photo changes may be requested.
- Within 24 hours of purchase: your design preview is prepared and emailed.
- Within 12 hours after the preview email is sent: you can review the preview and share any specific concern or a clearer replacement photo where applicable.

Can I include more than one pet?
Currently, Floopilo is focused on one pet per blanket to ensure each design feels clear, recognizable, and thoughtfully composed.

If your photo may affect the final result, we may contact you for a clearer image before design work continues.
What happens if I don’t reply to the preview?
Please review your preview within 12 hours after the preview email is sent. If you have a specific concern, reply within that time. Where the photo affects the result, we may ask for a clearer replacement photo. If we do not hear from you, we’ll consider the preview approved and begin production automatically.
Can I change my photo after ordering?
You may request a photo change within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible. Once design work begins or your preview has been prepared, changing the photo may no longer be possible because restarting the design can delay the order.
Can I change my order after placing it?
You may request order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that, or after your preview is approved manually or automatically, production may begin. Because each blanket is custom-made, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund because of a change of mind, personal preference, ordinary dissatisfaction with an approved design, or limitations in the photo you provided. If there’s a verified production issue, damage, or an incorrect item, we’ll make it right in accordance with our Refund Policy. Contact us as soon as possible if something needs to be changed.
