How Your Design Is Approved
1. Preview by Email We normally email your first design preview within 24 calendar hours of purchase, including weekends and public holidays.
2. Review & Unlimited Revisions Each preview has a 24-hour review window from when its email is sent. Unlimited Design Preview Revisions are included at no extra cost within your selected design until you are happy to approve it before production. Each revised preview starts a new review window. Switching products or to a different design is not included.
3. Approve to Move Forward Want your order in production sooner? Please approve your design as soon as possible. If you do not respond, production may proceed only where permitted by law and after our team checks email delivery, customer replies, and unresolved concerns. Production is never released automatically.
4. Made Just for You After final checks and manual production authorization, production normally takes 3–5 business days. Additional revisions or review time may extend delivery.

A familiar face starts with a good photo.
Choose one clear, high-resolution photo in natural light, with the pet's full face and ears visible.
Avoid blurry images, heavy filters, screenshots, cropped features, and photos featuring multiple pets.
Hidden or cropped-out details cannot be reliably recreated.

What size is the tote bag?
The bag measures approximately 12 × 16 in (30 × 40 cm), with a total handle length of approximately 25.6 in (65 cm).
Does the tote have a zipper or bottom gusset?
No. The tote has an open top without a zipper and a flat construction without a bottom gusset.
Are both sides personalized?
Yes. Both sides feature personalized artwork.

How do I personalize my tote?
Choose your favorite available design, enter your pet's name, and upload one clear photo.
We'll create your personalized artwork and send a design preview to the email address provided at checkout before production.
Can I request changes to the preview?
Yes. We offer Unlimited Design Preview Revisions at no extra cost within your selected design until you are happy to approve it before production. You may request reasonable adjustments to your pet’s artwork or name.
Each preview has a 24-hour review window beginning when its email is sent; a revised preview starts a new window. Changing products or requesting an entirely different design is not included. Approving promptly helps your order enter production sooner after our final manual checks.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 24 calendar hours of purchase: Cancel for a full refund whether or not the first design preview has been sent or delivered, even if design work has started. No fee applies.
After 24 hours, before your first preview is delivered: You may still cancel for a full refund before production begins.
After 24 hours, once your first preview has been delivered: You may request voluntary cancellation before production during an active 24-hour review window. If accepted, a fixed design fee per order is deducted from your refund: US$15 for USD orders, C$20 for CAD orders, or A$20 for AUD orders. Requests made after the review window ends are considered case by case if production has not begun.
After production starts: We generally cannot accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns of custom-made products, except for valid cancellation requests made within the original free-cancellation period and applicable consumer rights. Defective or incorrect items remain covered by legal remedies.
Revised previews begin a new 24-hour design review window, not a new free-cancellation period. To switch to a different product, you must cancel your original order and place a new order under the same cancellation rules.
